Even the Jacuzzi in the premium room was leaking. In the video he sent me of the tent there was a tub which I thought would be in working condition but to my surprise it wasn't. I booked 2 rooms the Tent and the premium jacuzzi room. If I am shelling out 20k for 1 night I would expect it to be absolutely perfect. I had asked him atleast 3 times if everything on the property looks the same and is in working condition because it looked too good to be true and he ASSURED me that all amenities are available and are in perfect condition. I spoke to him the night before leaving for Vagamon and he shared all the photos and videos with me. The staff in particular Mr George has absolutely no manners and 0 sense of hospitality. I saw a few negative reviews but I was planning to book the premium rooms so I figured service would be top notch if I'm paying so much but it wasn't. I looked online and saw this beautiful property and my parents wanted to relax for a day or to in Vagamon.
